Lockdown Life

We know that a lot of people are finding it tough to cope at the moment, the lockdown has been challenging for all of us in one way or another and being isolated from loved ones unsure of what the future holds and trying to cope with the day to day demands of family and work life can be very difficult.

We know that people are coping with the situation in a number of ways and we wanted to share real stories of real people and how they are managing and what positive things they have done to look after their mental wellbeing and build resilience.
