Yesterday, the Springboard clients went for a walk around Weston Park and museum and we asked teresa, the Group Coordinator, to give us a taste of how it went.

'It was a brisk day weather wise but enjoyable. A couple of clients who hadn't been to previous walks joined us on what was a nice flat route. After making a lap of the park (see photos taken by a client who's an avid photographer), we went around the museum, had a break for drinks in the cafe and finished up our wander through the museum exhibits.

We were able to catch the Kenneth Steel collection and the Spirit of Kinder exhibit, which are both very close to the end of their time on display at the museum.

We're looking towards another walk in a few weeks time.'

We will be posting details of forthcoming walks here and on the Springboard pages, so do watch this space and we look forward to seeing some of you soon.
