Organising fundraising activities at work is a great way to bring colleagues together and to have a bit of fun.

Maybe you can get a few people together to form a committee that will oversee events and activities so the tasks don't all fall to the same person, find out who is good at what and share the tasks out accordingly, its a great way for staff to demonstrate and develop their skills.

You can aim to do one big blow out event - a five a side tournament, a ball, a golf day or maybe do a series of small scale events throughout the year, a bake off, dress down day, fancy dress day etc 

You can exploit the friendly rivalries that exist between teams or departments by setting challenges or taking part in competitive activities, to see who can raise the most money - maybe have a prize fro who does best, just to keep it interesting!
