Online there are a range of ways which we can learn about gambling-related harm and hear the stories of others. It  can be useful to hear how others have been impacted by gambling and hear the different paths to recovery which can look different for different people.

Hosted by Alex Lewis, this podcast is led by an expert by experience as he has suffered from a prior gambling addiction. The inspiration behind the creation of The Invisible Addiction is due to the loss of a young man in his community due to gambling-related suicide, encouraging Lewis to open up about his own experiences. At its core, its goal is to raise awareness of gambling addiction and highlight gambling-related harm to others.

The All Bets Are Off podcast foregrounds the idea of recovering from a gambling addiction. As someone who has recovered from alcohol and the misuse of substances, Feltham paves a narrative for women whose experiences are invalidated, which is rooted within the 10-part series expanding on research conducted in 2021 concerning how approachable, accessible, and effective women find current support and treatment services. Within the episodes, there are various guest speakers with lives experiences of gambling harm, alongside information on signposting to different services and support available to listeners.
