How to access counselling services at Sheffield Mind
PLEASE NOTE THE WAITING LIST FOR FREE, ONE-TO-ONE COUNSELLING IS CURRENTLY CLOSED AND WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT REFERRAL FORMS.
We accept self-referrals or referrals from other professionals. You can download a referral form by clicking here or you can email [email protected] with the following details:
Once we receive your referral we will contact you within 14 days. If you are eligible we will invite you for an assessment to discuss whether the service is suitable for you.

Sheffield Mind’s Listening Post counsellors are here to assist during difficult periods and transitions in your life. They can support you to process trauma, bereavement or difficult situations at home or at work.
