All Sheffield Mind Counselling & Therapy services - except the Listening Post - are free of charge.

Sheffield Mind is one of the longest established providers of mental health services in Sheffield, having offered counselling and psychotherapy for the past 40 years and we continue to be committed to providing a professional and high quality service.

Please note that unfortunately, due to demand, we sometimes have to close our waiting lists for one or more of the counselling services that we run. If you are interested in receiving counselling and our waiting list is closed, please speak to your GP about alternative options or search the Sheffield Mental Health Guide.

If you need to contact us, please email [email protected] or call 0114 2584489

Sheffield Mind does amazing work supporting those with mental health issues. These can effect anyone at anytime and over the last few years there has been a significant rise as our lives changed dramatically. I am delighted to be raising funds for such worthy cause and hope that all that I can raise will help contribute to the work Sheffield Mind do, raise further awareness of mental health issues and what support is out there and give something back to others. I see the great work that Mind does and I want to support their efforts and contributions to making a lasting difference to people's lives who are struggling with their mental health. Read more
