We're pleased to say that we've introducing Walking Therapy into the Counselling and Therapy portfolio.
Walking Therapy is delivered as part of our general counselling offer.
Sheffield Mind’s Listening Post counsellors are here to assist during difficult periods and transitions in your life. They can support you to process trauma, bereavement or difficult situations at home or at work.
This service is charged at a standard rate of £45 per session.
