Get Set To Go Blog

The Get Set to Go project may have come to an end, but the team did a lot to promote the benefits to wellbeing of staying active and also shared a lot of ideas for what you can do if you would like to move more and improve your physical and mental wellbeing.

We know its not easy - especially at the moment with so many of our usual activities restricted due to lockdown - BUT we know that being physically active can enhance our mood so why not click HERE to see what the team recommend.

you can also download the Wellbeing At Home booklet, which gives practical advice and some examples for easy things that you can do.

Give it a go!
