Our free 12 week anger management courses are for men who struggle to manage and contain anger and will help them learn how to express their feelings more effectively and build resilience so they are able to cope with stressful situations.

People accessing the courses will need to demonstrate commitment to change and will be supported throughout by two Sheffield Mind course facilitators.

In addition to getting an opportunity to learn about anger and understand what triggers an angry response, participants will be given a safe space in which they can discuss in an open and honest manner, the issues/people or situations that cause them to lose control. Peer support will be an important element of the course.
