We know that it is not always possible to access support services so we believe in equipping people with basic tools and techniques to help manage mental health and wellbeing.

We will be sharing practical tips and exercises to help people develop coping strategies, as well as information and advice about common conditions and the support that is available. We will also consider the impact of key life events and how changes in circumstance can influence the way people cope day to day.

We hope to build a comprehensive resource of information that people can use as and when they need some additional support and will update regulraly.
