Say ‘Thank You’ 

A simple ‘thank you’ has to power to create a positive work environment – it can make staff feel valued and it can improve confidence. However, in busy day-to-day life, it’s easy to forget to say thanks. Talk to your managers about ways in which you can embed a culture of gratitude in your organisation.
