Welcome to Rainbow Minds, our weekly LGBTQ+ Café.

The friendly and informal sessions provide a safe and supportive space to people from the LGBTQ+ community, who are isolated, lonely, have mental health issues, or who want to meet new people.

The sessions are facilitated by staff and volunteers to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and everyone gets to participate as much as they can.

We meet from 5.30-7.30pm every Wednesday at the Wellbeing Centre, 110 Sharrow Lane S11 8AL. The Café is aimed at people aged 18 and above and offers a warm welcome, conversation and hopefully a few laughs!

We might try out a new activity, suggested by attendees - or sometimes we just meet and chill. To date, we've had a pizza party, film night, games and quiz session and even a pottery class!

You don't have to join in with the activities, if you'd rather just come along for a cup of tea and some good conversation, you're very welcome.

See you at the Rainbow Minds Café very soon!
