Encourage your staff to work sensible hours and to take their lunch breaks. 

Senior leaders should role model these positive behaviours wherever possible. Supporting employees to manage their lives and their work with more flexible working practices can also keep people healthy, committed and productive. If flexible working isn’t possible in your organisation, explain why.
