We were delighted to celebrate the launch of GB Boxing's new charity partnership yesterday with an evening at the English Institute of Sport.

Over 100 people came along to celebrate the partnership including service users, volunteers, supporters and Trustees. We were delighted to welcome Sheffield Mind Patron Johnny Nelson to the event and to have him participate on the panel discussion which rounded off the event.

The partnerships will see GB Boxing use the power of sport and the resources of the World Class Programme (WCP) for boxing, to support the work of Sheffield Mind and Roundabout, to improve the ‘social capital’  of young people from disadvantaged communities and contribute to combating issues related to homelessness, inequality and poor mental health.
