We will be running Anger Management courses for both men and women starting in September.

Our free 8-week anger management courses are for people who struggle to manage and contain their anger, and aims to equip them with the skills and techniques required to express their feelings more effectively and to cope better with stressful situations.

People accessing the courses will need to demonstrate commitment to change and will be supported throughout, by two Sheffield Mind course facilitators.

In addition to getting an opportunity to learn about anger and understand what triggers an angry response, participants are given a safe space in which they can discuss in an open and honest manner, the issues/people or situations that cause them to lose control. Peer support is a crucial element of the course.
