Sheffield Mind's open day was a great success. Radio Sheffield's Paulette Edwards hosted her whole 4 hour show from our Wellbeing Centre and spoke to a variety of people about their experiences of mental health. She spoke to trustees, staff, service users and some of our key partners such as Shireen from Roshni Asian Women's Centre.

The entertainment was first class - at lunchtime we were treated to a barber shop quartet, who also featured live on Paulette's show.

The whole day was a wonderful celebration –we had over 150 visitors during the day, there was a great atmosphere, lots of tea, cake and conversation – and the Magpies’ pop-up charity shop, staffed by service users raised £130 for Sheffield Mind!

A day to be proud of being part of Sheffield Mind and a timely reminder that we are a great team – staff, trustees and service users!
