Lunch and Learn sessions are a great way of encouraging staff to share their knowledge, enthusiasm and passions.

Top Tip: Consider providing the food for the Lunch and Learn session. Limit the staff presentation to 15 minutes, with 5 minutes for questions, so that staff don’t feel overwhelmed with information in their downtime!
