Legacy and In Memoriam

Mind Free Wills Month

This October is Mind Free Wills Month, which means you can make or update your will with a local solicitor for free.

There’s no obligation to make a gift to Sheffield Mind or Mind nationally in your will, but by choosing to support our work nationally or locally, you can help create a better future for everyone experiencing a mental health problem.

Just contact one of the participating solicitors by visiting Free Wills Month to book your appointment, mentioning ‘Mind Free Wills Month’. Appointments are limited, so book early to avoid missing out. You can also contact one of our participating solicitors directly, just click here for further details.

Leaving a gift in your Will help Sheffield Mind work towards its objective of ensuring that no-one in Sheffield has to cope alone with a mental health issue. We want our services to remain innovative and to be accessible, so that everyone that struggles with a mental health issue can get the help they need when they need it. We have been supporting people in the city for over forty years and with your help, will be here for forty more.

If you've been affected by mental health issues it may be a comfort to know that your gift will help others who may be struggling.

You may have an interest in or have worked in the field of mental health and want to ensure that services users in your home city get the best possible care and attention, whatever the reason, legacies can and do make a real and lasting difference.
