Embed mental health in your induction process.

Ensure your staff are given information on how mental health and stress are managed and what support is available in your workplace, as part of induction. At Sheffield Mind, we have a staff member who volunteers as a Mental Health Workplace Champion, we include details about her role - and our Employee Assistance Programme - in our Induction booklet.
