My name is Dovile, I have a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Reading and I  have considerable experience of delivering Anger Management groups, using CBT-techniques. 

I believe that anger can be useful, as it helps us express ourselves. However, it’s only useful when we learn how to express our anger constructively.
