Dear friends and family,
I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt request for your support as I take on the challenge of running a half marathon in aid of Sheffield Mind. Having recently joined this incredible organisation, I have come to realise the immense challenges they face in funding the essential work they do.

Sheffield Mind tirelessly provides free mental health support to anyone in need, offering programmes like Counselling support, Magpies, Anger Management Courses, Here4U, and the newly introduced Peer Support programme.

The future of these vital programmes heavily relies on fundraising efforts, and it is disheartening to witness impactful initiatives being at risk of discontinuation due to lack of funding. By participating in this Half Marathon, I am dedicated to raising funds for Sheffield Mind and for all those who benefit from their services or will seek their support in the future.

Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference in ensuring the sustainability of these crucial mental health services. Your generosity will directly impact the lives of individuals in Sheffield who rely on Sheffield Mind for support during challenging times.
I am deeply grateful for any support you can provide towards this cause. Your donation will help secure the future of free mental health services in Sheffield, ensuring that everyone in need can access the support they require without barriers.

Thank you for considering my request and for being a part of this meaningful journey to make mental health support readily available to all who need it in our community.
With heartfelt thanks,

Danielle Tindall De Carolis
