Sometimes, if we’re in a hurry, it can be tempting to give someone information and ask them to pass it on to others. Often, that’s fine, but it can lead to misinformation spreading across the organisation.  Make sure that what you want to communicate is going to the right people.

What is the message?

Who needs to hear it?

How should I convey this information?
