Sheffield Mind is committed to building awareness of - and increasing - equality, diversity and inclusion our organisation and in the communities where we work.  

Our Trustees are supporting the work of Sheffield Mind to become a more diverse and inclusive organisation and as part of this commitment, has established an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion subcommittee that has a clear and specific remit to evaluate progress and report back to the Board.  

The first strategic aim of the subcommittee is to look at diversity within the Board and recommend actions to boost diversity within the Sheffield Mind trustee make-up over the next four years: ‘25 by 25’.

We are looking to recruit someone who has specific interest in equality, diversity and inclusion to join the board of trustees and the subcommittee, to work with us to achieve our ambitions.
