We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager for our Counselling and Therapy team. We’re looking for a dynamic individual who will provide day-to-day operational management of the service and work collaboratively with the clinical lead to ensure that the services provided are of high quality, safe and effective.

The successful candidate will display an ability to inspire, motivate and lead others, have experience of managing people and projects and will demonstrate a clear understanding of counselling and therapeutic work.

Sheffield Mind is also developing its chargeable counselling & exploring the provision of new services, so we are looking for somebody who can support the promotion and expansion of our business.

The post will also focus on ensuring that final reporting on a major service is coordinated and completed in readiness for submission at the end of the funding cycle, in March 2021.

The Service Manager will represent Sheffield Mind at external meetings, including contract management meetings, and will be responsible for collating and preparing the presentation of data/business cases for funders and commissioners.

 This post is fixed term to 31st March 2021.
