Job Title:                  Office Administrator

Hours:                      22.2 per week (will include some early evening and occasional weekend work)

Salary:                      £ 19,429 per annum (pro rata)

Holidays:                  25 days per year plus bank holidays (pro rata)

The Role: We're looking for an Office Administrator who will work at the heart of Sheffield Mind, helping with the smooth and efficient running of the Sheffield Mind office and supporting the services we deliver, with effective administration systems.

This includes overseeing building maintenance and general office practice, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and dealing with general enquiries. The post holder will also provide some admin support to colleagues and managers.
The Person: We're looking for a dynamic individual who's reliable, flexible and able to implement and adapt admin systems, to help our staff do their jobs and help the workplace run effectively. We need someone who's friendly and confident and who communicates well in person and in writing.
