Hours:                    22.2 per week (flexible)

Salary:                    £19,429 pro rata.

The Role: We're looking for an Office Administrator to help with the smooth and efficient running of the Sheffield Mind office and to help us run our services, by providing us with effective admin systems.

No two days will be the same and you'll be helping with general office practice, making a note of anything that needs fixing round the building, making sure we follow Health and Safety regulations and dealing with general enquiries.

The post holder will also provide some admin support to the Counselling & Therapy team.
The Person: We're looking for a dynamic individual who's reliable, flexible and able to use and adapt admin systems, to best suit the needs of our staff and workplace.

We need someone who's friendly and confident and who communicates well in person and in writing.
