  • Wednesday Group - Starts 26th January 
  • Thursday Group - Starts 27th January 
The 8 week interactive online courses are for men who struggle to manage and contain anger and will help them learn how to express their feelings more effectively and build resilience so they're more able to cope with stressful situations
