Job title:           Mental Health Trainer / Project Coordinator 

Salary:              £25, 949 per annum

Hours:               37 hours per week 

We are looking for an experienced Project Co-Ordinator / Trainer to oversee delivery of the Mentally Healthy University Programme.

We need someone who is organised and creative to take the lead on the development and delivery of this programme which is intended to support the mental wellbeing of students and staff at the University of Sheffield. The post holder will be responsible for managing the delivery of training sessions, assisted by a Training Assistant and sessional workers and also for supporting University staff to develop systems and ways of working that support improved mental wellbeing.  

This project is part of a pilot programme taking place in 10 Universities across England in the academic year 20 - 21 and is coordinated by Mind. The Project Co-ordinator will be required to regularly meet with and report to Mind, so experience of project monitoring and reporting is essential.
