Job Title:   Service Manager - Keeping Families in Mind

Hours:       22.2 hours per week

Salary:      £26, 891 per annum (pro rata)

The Role: We are looking for someone to manage our Keeping Families in Mind Service, which provides therapy and support to the families of serving and veteran armed forces personnel. You will manage a small staff team and work with external partners across South Yorkshire to deliver the service, making sure that accurate client records are maintained and evaluation/performance reports submitted as scheduled. You will also be responsible for maintaining the service website and social media pages.
The Person: We are looking for a dynamic individual who is creative, can manage multiple tasks and deadlines and ensure high quality service delivery. An excellent communicator who is capable of liaising with a range of stakeholders and of representing Sheffield Mind and the KFIM service, at external events.
