Part Time Finance & Payroll Assistant 21 hours (3 days)
£18,376 per annum (pro rata)
Sheffield Mind has a vacancy within the Finance team for a Finance & Payroll Assistant.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the purchase ledger, using Sage Line 50 for imputing purchase invoices and expense claims and making payments by BACS. You will be responsible for preparing sales invoices and preparing banking details and entering all income received.
You will also be responsible for processing and running monthly payroll on SAGE 50.
To qualify for this role you will need experience of purchase and sales ledger, Sage Line 50 Accounts and Payroll packages.

Building / Office Administrator
£20,253 Full Time (37 hours)
We are looking for a Building / Office Administrator to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Sheffield Mind office, ensuring that the building is adequately maintained and that Health & Safety and security requirements are upheld.
Previous experience of working in admin with responsibility for the design and development of systems is essential. You should be experienced in the use of databases, capable of generating mailings and reports and have strong customer service skills. We are looking for someone reliable and professional to act as first point of contact for users of Sheffield Mind services and facilities.
