We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager for our Counselling and Therapy team. The post holder will provide day-to-day operational management of the service and will work collaboratively with the clinical lead to ensure that the services provided are of high quality, safe and effective. They will be responsible for ensuring that contract requirements are met and will contribute to the development of new and existing services. The successful candidate will have experience of managing people and projects and will demonstrate a clear understanding of counselling and therapeutic work along with a commitment to co-production in developing and delivering services.

The Service Manager will represent Sheffield Mind at external meetings and will be responsible for collating and preparing data for funders and commissioners as well as attending contract management meetings.
