As the name of the service suggests, there are three different elements;

  • short-term accommodation with specialist support,
  • a 'transitional landlord' service where we work with clients to manage their tenancy,
  • finally our floating support where we visit clients in their homes.

We know that there is no one size fits all approach to mental health – especially with housing. That's why we're working alongside our friends at South Yorkshire Housing Association (SYHA) to provide support that matches the individual needs of our clients. Whether it's a temporary place to live, some advice on a tenancy or that extra bit of support planning how to pay rent Connect 3 can help.
