During 2020 I went through alot of mental health challenges and I didn't know about the help and guidance I could have received.

I had to come through and find who I was and doing it alone was something no-one should have to face. I want to spread awareness to those suffering in silence, letting them know that support is there and the facilities and capabilities are incredible for people. Read more
