The Get Set to Go have been busy thinking about how best to stay active and positive during this period of lockdown.

We know that physical and mental wellbeing go hand in hand and its vital that we maintain the one to support the other. We also know that its not easy staying active when you are unable to leave homes or have little space and here is no one around to motivate. With all of that in mind the team have put together some information that may help and may provide you with some ideas and inspiration.

We asked Project Co-ordinator Janet what the thinking had been behind the guide,

'With the coronavirus suspending our 12 week programme and in order to support all our service users, we've created some tips on how to stay healthy and keep fit during lockdown. We know being physically active can enhance your mood so how about taking a look to see what might make you feel good?"
