The Sheffield Mind and Body Project works with people to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing, whilst tackling stigma and promoting inclusion. Participation is open to everyone, but will particularly target those who experience difficulties with their physical and emotional needs, including people who have previously tried unsuccessfully to make positive changes in their lives.
The project is working in two areas of Sheffield - the Manor, and the Flower Estate (and surrounding areas), where many participants will attend groups, healthy living workshops, and one-to-one mentoring will be available.
