Groupwork at Mind
Many people find that talking to another person or joining a caring group can offer much needed support and can help restore personal mental health and rebuild confidence. A variety of long and short term groups are run.

These include supportive social groups, a yoga and relaxation group, and an art group. Some Short Term Groups, such as parenting skills, are run several times during the year, usually for 7 weeks at a time.
