Building / Office Administrator
£20,253 Full Time (37 hours)
We are looking for a Building / Office Administrator to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Sheffield Mind office, ensuring that the building is adequately maintained and that Health & Safety and security requirements are upheld.
Previous experience of working in admin with responsibility for the design and development of systems is essential. You should be experienced in the use of databases, capable of generating mailings and reports and have strong customer service skills. We are looking for someone reliable and professional to act as first point of contact for users of Sheffield Mind services and facilities.

Part Time Wellbeing Practitioner
£22,000 per year (pro-rata) 29.6 hours
We are looking for a qualified counsellor to join our new Keeping Families in Mind service as a Wellbeing Practitioner. This service, funded for 3 years by the Ministry of Defence, will provide counselling support to the families of serving personnel who are living in or around Sheffield. The post-holder will demonstrate a creative and motivated approach to building and developing links within this community along with an ability to deliver high quality counselling on a one-to-one, and potentially, group work basis.
The role will require the successful candidate to work initially in the community, identifying and building key networks around the client group in order to build trust and awareness of the service. This work will allow the service to develop a client base and to begin delivering counselling and therapeutic interventions with referred family members.
Working as a part of our Counselling and Therapy service, the Wellbeing Practitioner will be managed by the Counselling and Therapy Service Manager with clinical support and supervision provided by the Clinical Lead.

Part Time Finance Administrator (Temp 6 Months)
£18,376 per annum (pro rata)
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our busy finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for looking after the purchase ledger by imputing purchase invoices and expense claims onto Sage Line 50 and making payments by BACS. You will be responsible for preparing sales invoices and preparing banking details and entering all income received.
Furthermore you will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are entered onto Sage with the correct Nominal and Department codes.
Its essential that candidates have experience of purchase and sales ledger and knowledge of Sage Line 50.
Experience of payroll is desirable but not essential.
